At PRINTWORKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and stationery. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all protective inserts, to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
